Artifact Space by Miles Cameron

I want to start this by stating that this is an Adult Military Science Fiction novel. This is not a sub genre I typically read and one I have been getting more into as of recent times. That being said, I, personally, find Military SciFi novels a tad difficult to follow at times. Mainly because they are more technical and use terminology I am not as familiar with.

I enjoyed reading this book a lot and am greatly looking forward to it's sequel. It did take me a bit of time to understand what was happening and truly be able to follow along with the story. By the end of it I *mostly* knew what was going on. As I mentioned in the above paragraph, I relate this more to it being a Military SciFi novel, and less to the author's writing. I actually really enjoyed the character development and style of writing.

While this isn't one I would recommend if you are just starting to read Military SciFi, I would without a doubt recomened it to you if you enjoy that sub genre! It was a strong 8/10 for me.
